My thoughts on Bad Romeo Thai Drama
This show is worth watching if you are interested to watch Thai dramas for the cast (Mario and Yaya).
For those who are unaware, Mario Maurer is one of the most popular Thai actors and part of a group called Channel 3 Superstar, along with Thai actors Nadech Kugimiya (Barry), Prin Suparat (Mark) and Pakorn Chatborirak (Boy). I really enjoy watching Thai lakorns starring Mario. It doesn’t feel like he’s trying too hard to play that character and takes good acting skills to showcase the character’s emotions so naturally.
Ps: does anyone think Mario and Barry look really alike, or is it just me??
Urassaya Sperbund (Yaya) is also one of the most popular Thai actresses, playing the lead roles of many Thai dramas such as Kleun Cheewit (2017) as Jee, The Crown Princess (2018) as Princess Alice and Duang Jai Akkanee (2010) as Jeed. Yaya is pretty and a good actress, but I’ve watched too many of her shows to be bored. Am I being biased here? 🤣🤣
This show is not worth watching if you watch Thai dramas because of the plot. There are so many plot holes. Why can’t Khim do her own investigation to realise Kla is not dead? Why does Kla’s mother want her own son Nate to be alive, then dead? Why is Kla’s mother the main villian – I would assume Khim’s father is worse? I am feeling sian just listing down all the things that don’t make sense in this show.
